Fleet Surveys & Vessel Refurbishment

We conduct comprehensive fleet surveys with the goals to maintain the fleet to ensure long service life and safety; enhance passenger service areas and revenues; maintain crew spaces, and keep the fleet in full regulatory compliance in a continually evolving environment.

We perform conceptual design studies evaluating the design and cost impacts of any refurbishment, and provide owners/operators with clear recommendations describing the highest priority refurbishment items. We then prepare the plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for competitive bids and the final construction contract. We can develop refurbishment “work packages” that group select items (based on cost, efficiency, priority) when the work is to be accomplished over more than one shipyard period.
